Launching Winter Volunteer Program 2025 and Spring Volunteer Program 2026

Recently, Mr. Dong Van Luu, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Council, attended the launching ceremony of the Winter Volunteer Program 2025, Spring Volunteer Program 2026, and the Youth Day of Action, organized by the Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee and the Secretariat of the Provincial Youth Federation.

On this occasion, 50 disadvantaged students in Ngan Son commune received scholarships and gifts.

At the ceremony, the Organizing Committee received more than 2.6 billion VND from organizations, enterprises, and sponsors to support social welfare activities, new rural development, and assistance for young people and residents in disadvantaged areas. Many meaningful activities continue to be implemented, such as the “Warm Winter for Children” program, “Sharing with Farmers,” “For Community Health,” “Steps for the Community,” as well as support for repairing and building new houses, constructing green-energy lighting routes, and providing computer rooms for students.

On this occasion, 50 disadvantaged students in Ngan Son commune received scholarships and gifts.

The Provincial Youth Union - Provincial Youth Federation presented more than 600 million VND to support Ngan Son commune in building and repairing houses, repairing schools affected by natural disasters, and constructing green-energy lighting routes.
