Commendation of outstanding volunteers in relief efforts

On December 12, the Thai Nguyen Provincial Red Cross Society held a meeting to commend outstanding volunteers who participated in relief efforts for people affected by Storm No. 11 in 2025.

During the peak period, the Provincial Red Cross Society received support from 131 charitable groups with a total value of more than 25.3 billion VND; the Society’s own fundraising activities contributed 463 tons of goods worth over 19 billion VND.

In addition, the Society connected many charitable groups to provide direct cash assistance to more than 7,000 people heavily affected by the storm and flooding.

The Society’s leadership presented certificates to volunteers who made significant contributions to relief efforts and supported people impacted by Storm No. 11 in the province.
