Recently, the groundbreaking ceremony for the Dong Cao – Tan Phu Urban Area, also known as Tan Phu City, was held in Trung Thanh Ward.

Located in the southeastern part of Trung Thanh Ward, adjacent to the Hanoi–Thai Nguyen Expressway, the project enjoys convenient connections to major economic centers, including Hanoi and Bac Ninh. The project is developed by Thanh Nguyen Infrastructure Joint Stock Company, covering an area of over 41.2 hectares with a total investment of more than 946 billion VND.
With the orientation toward building a green and environmentally friendly urban area, Tan Phu City is planned in a synchronized manner, featuring a 60-meter-wide central boulevard, a regulating lake, sports grounds, schools, recreational spaces, and two commercial centers.
The project is expected to create a modern and well-planned urban landscape at the southern gateway of Thai Nguyen Province—an area witnessing strong development in industry, infrastructure, and services.
The investor has committed to completing all infrastructure works before the fourth quarter of 2028. In Phase 1, the project will provide approximately 750 real estate products, including 643 land plots and 107 adjacent houses.
