Accordingly, the Provincial People's Committee has assigned the Department of Finance to take the lead and coordinate with relevant departments, sectors, and localities to implement the proposal; to advise on formulating an implementation plan; and to compile and periodically report the results to the Provincial People's Committee.

The goal by the second quarter of 2025 is to identify the UAV production supply chain in particular and related sectors within the broader low-altitude economy. The province will also develop and issue an implementation plan for the proposal, along with investment promotion documents related to the development of the low-altitude economy.

The low-altitude economy is an emerging economic model with significant potential and prospects. It is part of the broader trend of digital transformation globally and in Vietnam.
