According to the plan, the Tan Duong Industrial Cluster (located in Tan Duong commune, Dinh Hoa district) was scheduled to be completed and operational by the end of 2024. However, heavy rainfall has significantly impacted the construction of infrastructure components for the project, causing a delay of approximately 2-3 months.

Currently, the construction unit is focusing on building internal roads (95 percent completed), connecting roads to the Ho Chi Minh road, ecological ponds, surrounding walls, installing the fire-fighting water pipe system, and setting up transformers.
The investor will focus on completing the installation of the water treatment system, automatic wastewater monitoring system, and the construction of factories and production lines. It is anticipated that the industrial cluster will be fully operational and commence production in the first quarter 2025.

The cluster covers an area of 13 hectares with a total investment of over 450 billion VND, with Thagaco International Investment Joint Stock Company as the investor. After the infrastructure is completed, the investor will construct factories and install production lines with a capacity of 2.2 million sewing products per year, creating regular employment for nearly 4,500 local workers.
