The total capital plan assigned by the Prime Minister to Thai Nguyen province in 2023 is 7,863 billion VND. The capital plan given is nearly 8,811 billion VND. By the end of October, accumulated capital payments reached 4,616 billion VND. Of which, the planned capital payment in 2023 reaches 4,485 billion VND, equal to 57.05 percent of the capital plan assigned by the Prime Minister.

To accelerate the disbursement of public investment capital and strive to complete 100% of the assigned plan, the Provincial People's Committee has established a working group to urge and remove difficulties and obstacles in promoting the disbursement of public investment capital.
At the recent 28th Plenary Meeting of the Provincial People's Committee, representatives of project management boards, local authorities, and many investors from departments, agencies, and branches pledged to complete the disbursement of the capital plan assigned this year.
Since the beginning of the year, many large-scale projects have been completed and put into operation, contributing positive results.
