When mentioning the carpentry in Phu Binh district, many people immediately think of the traditional carpentry in Phuong Do village, located in Xuan Phuong commune. This village has a long-standing tradition and has established a reputable market presence inside and outside Thai Nguyen province. Currently, the Phuong Do carpentry village comprises 58 specialized households producing wooden items such as beds, wardrobes, cabinets, tables, chairs, and various other artistic wooden products. On average, the annual revenue of the craft village exceeds 100 billion VND, providing regular employment for approximately 250 workers.

| The carpentry here has been present in Phuong Do village for about 60 years, and in 2010, it was officially recognized as a traditional craft village by the provincial People's Committee.
