Over the past time, trade unions at all levels in the province have gradually improved the effectiveness of dialogue, negotiation, and the quality of collective labor agreements in enterprises. Thereby contributing to minimizing conflicts between the parties, bringing more favorable terms to employees.

After 5 years (2018-2023) of implementing the project "Improving the capacity for dialogue and collective bargaining", trade unions at all levels have coordinated with authorities and related agencies, and business owners have organized 1,903 dialogue conferences, through which many problems of employees were solved promptly, employees shared many difficulties of enterprises.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Hai Anh, Grassroots Trade Union of SR Tech Co., Ltd. (Song Cong 1 Industrial Park) shared: In addition to having meetings and dialogues with the company's leadership, we can also participate in dialogue conferences organized by trade unions at all levels. Through those conferences, many opinions and recommendations of workers were answered and resolved satisfactorily by local leaders and representatives of relevant industries.
Currently, 289 out of 323 Grassroots Trade Unions have signed collective labor agreements with more beneficial content for employees than prescribed by law, focusing on increasing wages and bonuses and improving the quality of shift meals.
In 2022, the Industry Trade Union signed a collective labor agreement for the garment industry group. Through the agreement, nearly 20,000 workers at 3 businesses will benefit with a total monthly benefit of about 15 billion VND. During 3 years of implementing the agreement, the money benefiting workers is about 500 billion VND.
Ms. Ha Thi Thu Huyen, Chairwoman of Thai Nguyen Industry and Trade Union, shared: The collective labor agreement of the garment industry will help workers enjoy many benefits such as shift meals, diligence, and gasoline support, vacation tours, hardship allowances, support for kindergartens, etc. Through this, workers moving back and forth between companies is limited because each business has its working conditions and different welfare regimes.
Improving the capacity of dialogue and collective bargaining of trade unions at all levels protects their rights. It helps workers feel secure in their attachment to the enterprise, creating harmonious and stable labor relations. It also demonstrates the Trade Union's function of representing, caring for, and protecting employees' legal and legitimate rights and interests.
