Million small dreams - One grand gesture

As a new school year arrives, the lively echoes of school bells resound, carrying with them determination and aspirations. Immersed in this cheerful atmosphere, on August 18, 2023, Nui Phao Company collaborated with the Provincial Promotion of Learning Association of Thai Nguyen to grant valuable scholarships to students facing challenging circumstances, through the 11th edition of the program 'Igniting Trust, Supporting Students to School - For Diligent Learning'.

During this event, 10 scholarships worth 20 million dong each were personally handed out to dedicated students. These gifts signify not only financial support but also a transmission of confidence and encouragement from the company to the recipients.

Throughout its 13-year journey of establishment and growth, the welfare of children has always been the utmost concern and priority within Nui Phao Mining's community programs and social responsibilities. The company has consistently demonstrated unwavering enthusiasm in its commitment to convey affection to these young individuals.

Numerous activities catering to both material and emotional needs have been executed, such as funding heart surgeries for congenital heart patients, granting scholarships to nearly 200 children with HIV and those facing extraordinary difficulties, providing bicycles to facilitate their journey to school, thereby nurturing the spirit of diligence among financially challenged students within the area. As of now, the company has allocated nearly 4 billion dong to benefit over 2,500 students.

In a conversation with Luu Hoang Anh Duc from Cai Dan Primary School, he excitedly shared, “I am thrilled to receive this meaningful scholarship. This gift serves as a significant motivation for me as I approach the new academic year”.

Mr. Phan Chien Thang - Director of Media, Community, and External Relations at Nui Phao Mining, stated, “A new school year is commencing, yet the dreams and determination of these students have existed for a long time. Nui Phao Mining consistently strives to transform these dreams into reality”.
