On April 17th, the Ministry of Home Affairs, in coordination with the Permanent Office of the Government's Administrative Reform Steering Committee (PAR INDEX), organized a conference to announce the Satisfaction Index of Public Administration Services (SIPAS) and the Administrative Reform Index of 2023 for ministries, central agencies, and People's Committees of provinces and cities.

According to the assessment by the Ministry of Home Affairs, Thai Nguyen's SIPAS Index in 2023 continued to rank 2nd out of 63 provinces and cities with 90.29 percent, an increase of 4.03 percent compared to 2022, achieving the target set in the Administrative Reform Program for the period 2021-2025.

Regarding the Administrative Reform Index, Thai Nguyen ranked 6th nationwide (up 3 places from 2022) with 90.76 percent, an increase of 3.4 percent compared to 2022. It ranked 2nd in the Northern Midlands and Mountainous Region and has been among the top 10 leading provinces and cities nationwide for the 3rd consecutive year.
At the conference, representatives of the Ministry of Home Affairs acknowledged the efforts and proposed that central and local agencies continue to maintain and improve high-ranking indices and devise solutions to enhance low-ranking indices, thus gradually improving services for the people and businesses.
