On April 6, Thai Nguyen province, in collaboration with the Vietnam Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, welcomed the Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training (Cambodia) delegation, led by Minister Ith Samheng, who visited and worked at Thai Nguyen College.

Thai Nguyen College has 45 years of construction and development. The College has 26 training majors and over 2,800 students, including 384 international students. Since 2016, the College has cooperated with Cambodia for education and training.
The College has connected vocational training for students in 16 provinces of Cambodia. After nearly eight years, 73 graduates returned home. After training, one hundred percent of students have stable jobs and income and have contributed positively to Cambodia. Currently, 108 Cambodian students are studying many different training majors at Thai Nguyen College.

Speaking at the meeting, the Vice Chairman of Thai Nguyen People's Committee Le Quang Tien informed the province's economic and cultural development situation and the attention and support for international students, including Cambodian students. He expressed his desire to welcome more Cambodian students to Thai Nguyen, contributing to comprehensive cooperation between the two countries.
The delegation visited Goldfall Pagoda (Nui Coc Lake tourism area), Hao Dat tea cooperative (Tan Cuong commune, Thai Nguyen City) on the same day.
