Currently, in the province, there are 17.8 out of 22.2 thousand hectares of tea using production methods according to safe and organic standards. Of which, the VietGAP-certified area is 4,368 hectares; The area certified for organic standards is 65 hectares; 4,092 hectares were permitted to meet the conditions to ensure food safety.

Tea areas certified with organic standards are assigned to localities and people to manage and are closely monitored by staff of the Provincial Agricultural Extension Center.
From the beginning of the year until now, the Provincial Agricultural Extension Center has continued to deploy the organic tea production model according to Vietnamese standards in 2023-2024 at seven cooperatives in the province with a scale of 40 hectares with the participation of 104 households.
At the models, technical staff of the Provincial Agricultural Extension Center regularly monitor, guide and advise on production activities, such as the safe and effective use of organic fertilizers and pesticides, keeping a farmer's diary, and storing traceability records.
