Announce 17 housing projects eligible for sale

The Department of Construction has just announced a list of real estate projects that are eligible to form in the future to be put into business. Accordingly, as of September 30, 2023, the province has 17 projects eligible according to the Law on Real Estate Business in the following localities: Thai Nguyen, Pho Yen, Song Cong, and Dai Tu.

Thai Nguyen housing - hotel - commercial center complex (Hoang Van Thu ward) has 188 apartments, 42 hotels, and 45 codotels.

Specifically, Thai Nguyen city has 6 projects. Notably, the project is located right in the city center. Thai Nguyen housing - hotel - commercial center complex (Hoang Van Thu ward) of Prime Thai Nguyen Co., Ltd. has 188 apartments, 42 hotels, 45 codotels. It will soon complete construction and put into use. Pho Yen city has 5 projects. Song Cong city has 3 projects. Dai Tu district has 3 projects.

In addition, Thai Nguyen Tower project in Trung Vuong ward consists of 314 apartments. Thai Hung Eco City, a new urban area developed by Thai Hung Trading Company, has released 136 apartments in Phase 4 and 80 apartments in Phase 5. Cao Ngan Residential Area (Phase 2), undertaken by Danko Group, includes 83 houses.

In Pho Yen City, there are 5 projects, including Yen Thu Residential Area (Phase 1) in Ba Hang Ward with 97 apartments; Tan Duc JSC Residential Area with a total of 113 apartments; Z131 New Urban Area (Dong Tien Ward) consisting of 129 apartments; Đai Phong New Urban Area (Ba Hang Ward) with 62 apartments and Yên Binh New Urban Area (Phase 1, Phase 3) featuring 49 apartments.

Song Cong City boasts 3 projects: Song Cong Commercial Center and Shophouse Residential Area with 45 apartments; a mixed-use complex for services and product display, as well as residential areas in Cai Dan Ward (Phase 1) comprising 136 houses and New Urban Area No. 2 (Mo Che Ward), offering 41 houses.

Dai Tu District's 3 projects include Trung Tam Rural Residential Center (Ky Phu Commune) with 19 houses; Trung Na 2 Rural Residential Center (Tien Hoi Commune) featuring 34 houses; Pho Cho 2 New Urban Area (Hung Son Town) offering 22 houses.

Currently, the Department of Construction is urging investors to speed up construction progress to complete housing development targets, diversifying housing types, focusing on social housing, apartments, rental houses, and houses for workers in industrial parks.
