On the evening of September 28, Thai Nguyen City, Pho Yen City, and Phu Lương District organized a joyful Mid-Autumn Festival celebration for children and the local community. The event featured a grand lantern parade, energetic lion dances, outstanding cultural performances, and many meaningful gifts from various organizations and localities, creating a festive, vibrant, warm, and remarkable atmosphere for the Mid-Autumn Festival.

* At Van Xuan Square in Pho Yen City, the 2023 Moonlight Festival was organized with the theme "Illuminating Dreams." Ms. Nguyen Thanh Hải, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, and Head of the Provincial Delegation of the National Assembly, presented educational equipment to preschools in Pho Yen City.
The event was attended by Ms. Nguyen Thanh Hai, Mr. Bui Van Luong, Mr. Le Quang Tien, and other leaders from the province, as well as a large number of local residents, visitors, and children.
On this occasion, Ms. Nguyen Thanh Hai, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, and the leaders of Pho Yen City presented many meaningful gifts to schools in the area and to disadvantaged children who have worked hard to excel in their studies.

During the festival, provincial and Thai Nguyen city leaders presented gifts to Phuc Triu commune, Thinh Duc commune, Quang Vinh ward, and 30 students facing difficulties in their studies, each gift worth 1.2 million VND. Mr. Vu Duy Hoang, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, also distributed gifts to underprivileged children.

Following the lively lion dance, 58 creative lantern models were displayed. Various organizations, businesses, and universities contribute to it. Among them were five lantern models international students studying at Thai Nguyen University created, each symbolizing the aspirations for peace, dedication to a beautiful Vietnam, a progressive world, and happiness.

In the event's festive atmosphere, delegates, citizens, tourists, and children enjoyed outstanding musical and dance performances by artists and dance groups. The program also featured contributions from Laotian and Cambodian exchange students.

The Mid-Autumn Festival in Phu Luong district took place in a lively and vibrant atmosphere, featuring various outstanding artistic performances by famous artists and activities such as singing, dancing, dragon and lion dances, lantern processions, and dance performances to music. Many of these performances were presented by local children and were warmly received by delegates and the audience.
This was the first time Phu Luong district organized a district-level Mid-Autumn Festival. The program also included exciting activities such as lantern design competitions, Mid-Autumn banquet displays, and lantern processions, creating a joyful atmosphere that spread to every neighborhood and community.

During this special occasion, delegates, business representatives, and sponsoring organizations donated 200 scholarships (100 scholarships worth 1 million VND each, 100 scholarships worth 500,000 VND each), 15 gifts valued at 1.2 million VND each, and 50 gifts worth 1 million VND each to support underprivileged children and students who have excelled academically. Additionally, they provided three sets of educational equipment worth 60 million VND to preschools, 15 water purification devices to schools, and 2,000 Mid-Autumn cakes to local children.
