Glory golf course project in Thanh Cong commune (Phu Yen city), which is invested by MDA G&C Co., Ltd (Korea), is approved by Thai Nguyen Provincial People's Committee in Decision No. 1247 dated June 5, 2023. The golf course, with a total investment of more than 16 million USD, has 18 holes, an area of service and ancillary works.

To date, the units completed the investment approval procedures . The detailed planning task has been approved, and the detailed planning project 1/500 is appraised (expected to be completed before August 15).
Pho Yen city will complete the procedures for converting land use purposes to land leasing and transferring land usage rights between the investor and the affected households. Based on these bases, the investor expected to commence the project in the fourth quarter of 2023, striving to complete and put it into operation in the third quarter of 2025.
Glory golf course is one of 13 golf courses approved by the Prime Minister in the master plan of Thai Nguyen province for 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050. According to the plan, in addition to Glory, Pho Yen city will have 2 more golf courses.
