Vietnam – Germany Friendship Association of Thai Nguyen province celebrates 10 years of establishment

On February 26, the province's Vietnam - Germany Friendship Association held a ceremony to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the establishment and launch of the Vietnam - Germany Cultural Exchange Center and Thai Nguyen IDS International German Language Center. 

The leader of the Department of Foreign Affairs congratulated the Association of Thai Nguyen province on the occasion of the 10th annivesary.

The Vietnam - Germany Friendship Association of Thai Nguyen province was established in 2013. Over the past ten years, the Association has developed from the initial 6 members to 150 official members and 30 honorary members. 

During its operation, the Association always adhered to the set goals, well implemented the guidelines of the Party, policies and laws of the State, and regulations of localities and units. The Association fully participate in people-to-people diplomacy activities, mobilizing non-governmental aid, organizing activities to link and visit friendship associations in the province, central and some localities, Bac Thai people group living in Germany.

Many members have held important responsibilities in organizations and agencies of the Party and State, developing friendly relations between Vietnam and Germany in particular and many countries in general. 

IDS International German Language Center and Vietnam - Germany Cultural Exchange Center were established to become a community bridge between Vietnamese and German people, opening the path of international integration through German language training. They strengthen cultural exchanges and people-to-people diplomacy and improve the role and position of the Vietnam - Germany Friendship Association in the coming time.
