EQuest proposes to build an international inter-level high school in Thai Nguyen

On the afternoon of July 25, Ms. Nguyen Thanh Hai, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, and Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, presided over a working session with representatives from the EQuest Education Group. Attending the meeting were Mr. Dang Xuan Truong, the Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, the Deputy Permanent Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, and leaders of some departments and agencies in the province and Thai Nguyen city.

During the working session, Mr. Tran Quoc Khanh, a member of Equest's Board of Management, provided an overview of the Group. According to him, EQuest is one of Vietnam's largest private education organizations, operating a comprehensive system of inter-level high schools, colleges, universities, language training centers, educational consultancy, and educational technology. EQuest currently owns, invests in, and operates leading private schools such as the systems of Canada International School, Star School tem, Newton Inter-level School, Alpha School system, and Victory Experimental Education. 

After studying the needs of students in the province, the EQuest Group desires to invest in and implement a project to establish an international inter-level high school (elementary, secondary, and high school) within the province. The school covers an area of 1.5 to 2 hectares, following international standards, including specialized English language training.

During the working session, the provincial leader and representatives from relevant departments and agencies shared information about the scale and network of schools, the number of students, and the enrollment needs at all levels of education in the coming years. They also presented several proposed land planning positions for educational purposes based on the investor's suggestions. The delegates agreed with EQuest's proposal to meet the current needs.

Speaking at the meeting, the Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Thanh Hai, welcomed Equest Group and emphasized that the province will create favorable conditions within the framework of the law for EQuest Group to implement the project promptly. She assigned the Department of Planning and Investment to work based on the approved provincial plan and coordinate with relevant departments, agencies, and localities and the investor to explore and review the proposed investment locations and complete the necessary legal procedures, implementing the proposed project soon.
