Thai Nguyen approves results of Architectural Design Competition for Gia Bay bridge

The Thai Nguyen Provincial People’s Committee has issued a decision approving the evaluation and ranking results of the architectural design competition for the construction of the new Gia Bay Bridge, to select the optimal architectural solution for the project.

According to the decision, the first prize was awarded to entry code TC001 submitted by Transport Engineering Construction Investment Consultancy JSC No. 1. The second prize went to entry code TN268 by Thanh Cong Hanoi Construction Investment JSC, while the third prize was awarded to entry code DC6868 by HT Viet Nam Construction Consultancy Co., Ltd.

The architectural design competition was organized in full compliance with the Law on Architecture and relevant guiding documents. The Thai Nguyen Provincial People’s Committee assigned the Department of Construction, along with relevant agencies and local authorities, to base themselves on the approved decision to implement subsequent steps in accordance with regulations, serving as a foundation for the design and construction of the project in the coming period.
