According to data from the National Public Service Portal, as of March 19, Thai Nguyen has risen to 4th place nationwide in the implementation of the index set measuring services for citizens and businesses in administrative procedures and public service delivery, with a total score of 95.96, up three places compared to the previous evaluation period.
