Thai Nguyen and Ninh Binh exchange experience in digital transformation

On the afternoon of March 25, the People’s Committees of Thai Nguyen and Ninh Binh provinces held a working session to exchange experience in digital transformation. Mrs. Nguyen Thi Loan, Vice Chairwoman of the Thai Nguyen Provincial People’s Committee, attended the working session.

At the session, Thai Nguyen shared its outstanding achievements in implementing digital transformation tasks, including the operation of the provincial Data Center with key components such as a shared data repository, an intelligent monitoring and operations center, and a digital citizen application. To date, the system has integrated 44 databases, effectively supporting management and governance activities.

In a frank and open exchange, the two sides focused discussions on some issues, including the development of data centers, the establishment of a shared digital mapping system, attracting investment in digital infrastructure, and promoting the role of community digital technology teams, particularly in standardizing, connecting, and sharing data among sectors.

Leaders of the Ninh Binh Provincial People’s Committee stated that Thai Nguyen’s experience serves as an important basis for Ninh Binh to study and apply in a manner suited to local conditions. They also expressed their desire for the two localities to further strengthen cooperation and mutual support in digital transformation and socio-economic development.
