Pho Yen: Striving to become a green, intelligent and active city 

Mr. Bui Van Luong, Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the City People Committee, chaired the meeting. 

In 2022, Pho Yen city has comprehensively completed and exceeded many targets such as industrial production value reached over VND 844 trillion, accounting for over 92percent of the industrial production value of the province; Export turnover reached nearly 31 billion USD, accounting for 97% of export turnover of the province… the work of attracting investment, land clearance and implementation of projects were focused; The city successfully held the ceremony to announce the Resolution of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly on the recognition of Pho Yen city and receiving the first-class Labor Medal for the Third time; Party building and political system building have been paid attention and achieved many positive results. The emulation movements received a positive response from many officials, party members, and people of all classes in the area, contributing to the completion of local political tasks.

Ms. Nguyen Thanh Hai, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, presented Certificates of Merit from the Prime Minister to collectives and individuals of the city.

In particular, Pho Yen became a city nearly 4 years ahead of schedule of the Resolution of the Standing Board of the Provincial Party Committee. At the beginning of 2022, Pho Yen was honored to be awarded the First Class Labor Medal by The President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in Vietnam (3rd time).

In 2023, Pho Yen determines to complete the set political tasks on all fields as Party building, socio-economic development, political security, social order, and safety.

Speaking at the conference, the Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee acknowledged and highly appreciated the efforts of the Party Committee, the government, and the people of Pho Yen city over the past time. She suggested the city continue promoting the strengths and advantages of a young city to develop society more prosperous, civilized, and modern. On this occasion, many collectives and individuals received certificates of merit from the Prime Minister.

Mr. Pham Thai Hanh awarded the medal "For the cause of great national unity" to individuals.

Mr. Do Duc Cong presented Certificates of Merit of the Provincial People's Committee to collectives and individuals.

On this occasion, 6 collectives and individuals received Certificates of Merit from the Prime Minister. 7 collectives received the Emulation Flag of the Provincial People's Committee; 49 collectives and individuals received Certificates of Merit from the Provincial People's Committee. 94 collectives and individuals received Certificates of Merit for outstanding achievements in emulation movements.
