To organize exhibition fair "Industry and Trade - OCOP Thai Nguyen 2024" 

A get-together to welcome the Lao traditional festival Bunpimay was held at the University of Information and Communication Technology under the Thai Nguyen University on April 10 for Lao students learning in the northern province of Thai Nguyen.

Acting President Vo Thi Anh Xuan on April 3 visited and presented gifts to those who have rendered service to the nation, and disadvantaged children in Dinh Hoa district, the northern mountainous province of Thai Nguyen, once a revolutionary base.

The northern midland province of Thai Nguyen exported 8.9 billion USD worth of products in Quarter 1, up 22.6 percent year-on-year, the highest growth for the same period in the recent five years.

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh on April 2 chaired a hybrid conference with Vietnamese representative agencies abroad and provinces and cities nationwide to discuss enhancing economic diplomacy and its role in Vietnam’s development in 2024 and beyond.

On April 1, at the Yen Binh Industrial Park, Thai Nguyen Provincial People's Committee and Samsung Electronics Vietnam Thai Nguyen Co., Ltd (SEVT) organized a ceremony to sign sponsorship agreements for two projects on supplying water for crop production in the province. Mr. Le Quang Tien, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, attended the ceremony.

On April 1, Mr. Trinh Viet Hung, the Alternate Member of the Central Party Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, led a delegation to inspect the progress of the Glory Golf Course in the Suoi Lanh Lake area, Thanh Cong commune, Pho Yen city.

The National Assembly (NA) Standing Committee convened a law-making session on April 1 under the chair of NA Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue, with two groups of issues to be tabled for discussion.
