To improve the quality of the people's life and enjoyment, this year, 12 hamlets in 4 communes in Phu Binh district have registered to build the model and smart new rural hamlets.
Specifically, 10 hamlets registered to build model rural hamlets, including: Pham 1, Giang and An Thanh (Duong Thanh commune); Vien, Trai Vang, Quai and Tan Ngoc (Tan Duc commune); Thong, Tre (Tan Khanh commune); Non Tranh (Tan Thanh commune).
2 hamlets registered to build smart rural hamlets are Pham 2 (Duong Thanh commune) and Vien (Tan Duc commune).

For hamlets to build model rural area, the People's Committee of Phu Binh district asked localities to propagate and mobilize people to implement 10 out of 10 criteria of model rural villages according to the province's set of criteria for the period of 2021-2025 and achieve from 90 points or more. The hamlets that build smart new rural area meet 3 criteria (institutions, people and socio-economic development).
To date, the whole Phu Binh district has 19/19 communes meeting the standards of rural areas; 5 communes meet advanced rural development standards (Tan Duc, Tan Khanh, Xuan Phuong, Duong Thanh and Uc Ky).
