On the morning of December 19, in line with nationwide activities marking the simultaneous commencement, inauguration, and technical opening of 234 projects and works in celebration of the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Viet Nam, Thai Nguyen Province solemnly held a ceremony to launch and inaugurate three key projects of strategic significance to the province’s socio-economic development, with a total investment of more than VND 13 trillion.

The three projects selected for commencement and inauguration on this occasion are all large-scale and are expected to generate significant spillover effects. Notably, the Project for Investment, Construction, and Operation of Infrastructure of Phu Binh Industrial Park was officially launched, covering an area of 675 hectares with a total investment of over VND 11.492 trillion.
The project is expected to create a large, well-developed industrial land fund, attract strategic investors, promote economic restructuring, and generate employment for tens of thousands of workers.
At the same time, Thai Nguyen Province commenced construction of a social housing project within the Viet Han Urban Area, with an area of 2.92 hectares and a total investment of over VND 982 billion, contributing to the realization of social housing development goals and ensuring social security and stable livelihoods for workers.
In particular, the Thai Nguyen Provincial Stadium construction project was officially inaugurated. With a capacity of 22,000 seats, a total area of 15.47 hectares, and an investment of nearly VND 536 billion, the stadium has been built in a modern and well-integrated manner, meeting the requirements for hosting large-scale sports competitions and cultural events.
