These two localities have advantages in agricultural development and have built and replicated several models of growing vegetables (green vegetables of all kinds, baby cucumbers ...) in greenhouses net houses, bringing high economic efficiency. The planning of vegetable growing areas will be associated with the organization of production and consumption management towards constructing large-scale safe vegetable production areas, ensuring the variety structure and meeting the market demand.
Along with that, the city spends resources to invest in the construction of roads, inland canal system to meet production demand; implement a mechanism to support 40 percent of the cost of buying fertilizers, materials, and biological products; 100 percent of training costs, scientific and technical guidance for concentrated vegetable production areas.
