Periodic health check-ups for residents are being prioritized.

Key activities include events in response to the “National Voluntary Blood Donation Day – April 7” and the launch of the “Red Blood Drops” campaign in Thai Nguyen Province in Summer 2026. The province is also implementing a series of communication activities, such as a free health consultation and check-up week from April 4 to April 10; dissemination of communication materials in response to World Health Day 2026; and publicity highlighting outstanding achievements of the Thai Nguyen health sector in the cause of protecting, caring for, and improving public health.

In addition, medical units across the province are stepping up regular health check-ups for residents, giving priority to vulnerable groups, people in difficult circumstances, and those who have not yet participated in health insurance. The province is also rolling out the establishment of electronic health records for residents and promptly updating health check-up results into these electronic records. At the same time, periodic health check-up data will be integrated with the data reception portal of the Health Insurance Assessment Information System, ensuring the unified creation of electronic health records integrated on the VNeID application.
