Thai Nguyen: Successful election reflects people’s trust

On March 15, together with localities across the country, voters in Thai Nguyen Province enthusiastically went to the polls, carefully selecting those truly worthy of representing the will, aspirations, and mastery of the people in the 16th National Assembly and People’s Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term.

In some places, traditional costumes are maintained, creating colorful highlights for the nationwide festival.

According to information from the Thai Nguyen Provincial Election Committee, by 7:00 p.m. on March 15, reports compiled from 92 communes and wards across the province showed that approximately 99% of voters had cast their ballots. In particular, in several localities, voter turnout reached 100%.

Across the province, voters were eager and excited, arriving at polling stations very early to exercise their civic rights. In some places, traditional costumes were maintained, creating colorful highlights for the nationwide festival. At polling stations, organizational work was carefully prepared and carried out, safely and in accordance with procedures and regulations.

Voters paid close attention to and studied the candidates’ biographies, placing their trust and expectations in their ballots to help elect individuals with both virtue and competence to positions at all levels of the State.

The results achieved demonstrate that the election, one of the key political tasks of the entire Party, the people, and the armed forces in 2026, was a great success. March 15, 2026, truly became a festival of the entire people.
