Thai Nguyen exceeds schedule in campaign to enrich and clean land database

On December 11, the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment and the Ministry of Public Security held a national online conference to review the campaign to enrich and clean the National Land Database. Mr. Tran Duc Thang, Minister of Agriculture and Environment, and Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Long, Deputy Minister of Public Security, attended the conference.

The campaign, implemented from September 1 to November 30, aimed to create a foundation for digital transformation in land management and administrative procedure reform. By the end of the campaign, more than 62 million land plots were verified as accurate, complete, and clean; all 34 provinces and centrally run cities had synchronized their data with the national land database system.

Thai Nguyen Province completed the campaign ahead of schedule, synchronizing 3.3 million land plots into the national land database, ranking second nationwide. With this achievement, Thai Nguyen was commended and awarded a Certificate of Merit by the Minister of Agriculture and Environment. Organizations and individuals with outstanding performance in the campaign were also honored.
