Pacific Construction Group (China) expands investment research in Thai Nguyen

On the afternoon of 11 December, Mr. Trinh Xuan Truong, Secretary of the Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee, worked with Mr. Jiehe Yan, Founder of the Pacific Construction Group (China), during his working visit in Thai Nguyen Province.

Expressing the pleasure in welcoming the delegation back to Thai Nguyen after their visit and working session with the Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee in August, the Provincial Party Secretary noted that this is a positive signal, demonstrating the Pacific Construction Group’s strong interest and confidence in the province’s investment environment. Providing an overview of socio-economic development since the province’s merger with Bac Kan, the Secretary emphasized that Thai Nguyen is facing major opportunities for breakthrough development, with the attraction of high-quality investment as a key priority. The province is committed to creating favourable conditions and ensuring a transparent and enabling investment environment for international enterprises, including Chinese investors.

Mr. Jiehe Yan expressed his appreciation and stated that, with its global scale and extensive experience in infrastructure construction, the Group wishes to expand substantive and long-term cooperation with Thai Nguyen - not limited to a few individual projects but advancing toward major, strategic works aligned with the province’s development orientation. Highlighting Thai Nguyen’s potential in minerals, steel, and construction materials, he noted that these are sectors in which both sides can cooperate effectively.

In a spirit of openness and goodwill, both sides agreed to continue broadening cooperation, leveraging each other’s strengths in a manner that harmonizes mutual interests, contributes to Thai Nguyen’s socio-economic development, and reinforces the longstanding traditional friendship between Viet Nam and China.
