93-year-old man saves money to help poor family build a house

Mr. Hoang Van Moc, 93 years old, a resident of Tan Thinh Residential Group, Tan Huong Ward, Pho Yen City (Thai Nguyen Province), has earned deep admiration for diligently saving every small amount of his modest pension over the years to support the poor.

Recently, he donated 70 million VND to help a family construct a new, solid home in challenging circumstances. Beyond saving money to support poor households with housing, Mr. Moc has also regularly contributed to the local education promotion and talent development fund for many years.

With quiet humility, he often shares, “I have lived enough. Now, I just hope to contribute a little so that others may suffer less.”

His words are a heartfelt reminder that compassion and humanity have a deeper power to touch lives than anything else.
