On November 29, 2024, Masan High-Tech Materials was honored once again as one of the Top 100 Sustainable Businesses in Vietnam (CSI 100) by VBCSD-VCCI. This marks the seventh consecutive year that the company has earned this prestigious recognition, reflecting its continuous efforts to integrate sustainable practices into every facet of its operations.
The CSI index, updated in 2024, includes 153 criteria, divided into two categories: Core and Advanced. To be recognized, companies like Masan High-Tech Materials not only adhere to legal compliance but also actively cultivate a healthy business ecosystem that delivers long-term, sustainable value for all stakeholders.

As a leader in high-tech materials production, Masan High-Tech Materials continuously applies modern technology and closed-loop manufacturing processes at its Nui Phao Mine and the Tungsten Advanced Processing Plant in Thai Nguyen to optimize resources and minimize environmental impact.
The company has set itself apart by pioneering the 3R model - Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle - in its operations. A total of 7.8 million cubic meters of wastewater have been recycled for production, accounting for 76.1% of total water usage. Additionally, the plant achieves a recycling rate of over 80% for its waste materials.
Moreover, Masan High-Tech Materials is focusing on developing green products used in renewable energy sectors, while optimizing energy efficiency to drive the global transition to a greener tungsten industry.
