WEEK IN REVIEW (From September 23 to September 29, 2024)

On September 26, Thai Nguyen Provincial Youth Union coordinated with AMES English Center to organize the Provincial Final round of the "English Olympic for pupils and students in Thai Nguyen province" in 2024. 

Riverside communities in 11 provinces in the Chao Phraya River basin, including Bangkok, have been warned to prepare for possible flooding as the Chao Phraya Dam in Chai Nat province will increase its rate of water discharge.

On September 24, the Prime Minister of the Government of Vietnam issued Decision 1029/QĐ-TTg regarding the Implementation Plan for the Thai Nguyen Provincial Master Planning for the period 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050.

On the morning of September 24, Mr Nguyen Huy Dung, the Deputy Secretary of the Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee and the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, chaired a meeting with relevant departments and agencies to discuss solutions to improve the effectiveness of online public services. 

Party General Secretary and State President To Lam participated in a business forum during the 79th UN General Assembly's high-level week in New York on September 23 (local time).

On September 19, Mr. Nguyen Huy Dung, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Thai Nguyen Provincial People's Committee, welcomed and worked with a delegation of Korean businesses.
