On the morning of September 24, Mr Nguyen Huy Dung, the Deputy Secretary of the Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee and the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, chaired a meeting with relevant departments and agencies to discuss solutions to improve the effectiveness of online public services.

According to the set goals, by 2025, Thai Nguyen Province aims for over 90 percent of all work files at the provincial level and over 80 percent at the district level to be processed online. To achieve this goal, the Provincial People's Council and the Provincial People's Committee have issued numerous directives and operational documents.

During the meeting, representatives from the Institute for Policy Studies and Media Development proposed conducting surveys from technical and promotional perspectives to evaluate user experiences on the province's online public service portal, particularly for essential public services. It will help consult with the province on solutions to enhance the effectiveness of online public services.

The Department of Information and Communications also suggested continuing to review and test integrated online public services on the National Public Service Portal for the remaining administrative procedures.
In his concluding remarks, Chairman Nguyen Huy Dung emphasized the province's commitment to improving the quality of online public services to meet the needs of citizens and businesses better. Thai Nguyen Province will actively seek advice from both domestic and international consultants to independently assess and recommend improvements to enhance service quality for the public and businesses in dealing with administrative procedures.
