SEVT sponsors water pump station repair  project in Phu Binh

In line with the Memorandum of Understanding for the Water Restoration Project in Thai Nguyen Province between Samsung Electronics Vietnam Thai Nguyen Co., Ltd (SEVT) and Thai Nguyen Provincial People's Committee, Phu Binh District People's Committee recently held a signing ceremony for a sponsorship agreement with SEVT.

Under the signed agreement, SEVT finances over 239 million VND to repair the Dong To Pump Station in Kha Son Commune. If the total cost exceeds 239 million VND, the company will disburse the remaining 20 percent of the total sponsorship amount. If the actual project cost is less than 239 million VND, the company will disburse according to the actual value. The documentation and installation will be completed from July 2024 to September 2024. Once completed, the pump station will provide irrigation water for 25 hectares of rice fields in Hoa Binh hamlet and Mai Kha hamlet.

Previously, in June 2024, SEVT also completed a water restoration project and repaired a pump station in La Muoi Hamlet, Tan Khanh Commune. The project has been completed and is now operational, supplying irrigation water to 17 hectares of rice fields.
