This year's program marks the fifth year of partnership between Nui Phao and Thai Nguyen Province Learning Promotion Association, which strives to spread love and hope among the province's poor yet studious students. The scholarships awarded by the company provide financial backing and promote a learning culture, fostering a sustainable community where every child has the opportunity to rise and shine.

Over the years, Nui Phao has made education the focus of its community support and development policy. By investing in education and building a learning community, the company wishes to develop high-quality human capital whilst nurturing talented young generations for the future. The Company has been expanding its scholarship programs and making donations to organizations that support education, in the hope of inspiring dreams and a love of learning in the community.

Children protection and education have always been a priority of Nui Phao's community activities.

On the threshold of the upcoming new school year, representatives of Nui Phao Mining will continue to give 20 scholarships to underprivileged students in the district through Dai Tu District Learning Promotion Association, bringing the total value of scholarships awarded to students in Dai Tu district and Thai Nguyen province to VND 40 million. These are meant to be the meaningful gifts for students to be motivated to start the new school year with confidence and enthusiasm.

Nui Phao is one of the exemplary enterprises in Thai Nguyen province that has made a positive contribution to social welfare and community development, particularly through programs dedicated to children, helping Thai Nguyen rank among the Top 10 provinces and cities in terms of children's rights, according to the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs annual assessment.

Over the years, the company has collaborated with local authorities, learning promotion associations, and charitable organizations to implement numerous projects focusing on the care, protection, and education of children, to ensure their all-round development. To date, Nui Phao has sponsored summer swimming lessons for hundreds of children, donated hundreds of bicycles to indigenous and underprivileged students, granted scholarships to over 200 HIV-infected children, and allocated substantial funds to support cardiac surgery for children with congenital heart disease.
