The production situation in the last months of this year has undergone positive changes, contributing to a slight increase in the number of employees in industrial enterprises in the province, with a growth rate of 0.3 percent in November.
Specifically, labor in non-foreign enterprises increased by 0.1 percent, foreign direct investment enterprises increased by 0.4 percent, and state-owned enterprises maintained a comparable level to October 2023.

The upward trend in labor within enterprises reflects positive signals for the industry in the year's final months. Specifically, the province's Industrial Production Index (IIP) has continuously increased from August to November, surpassing the previous one each month.
In particular, the IIP for November recorded the highest increase this year, at 8.28 percent. This year's estimated value of industrial production in the province is projected to reach 972.7 trillion VND, a 5.13 percent increase compared to 2022.
