Vietnam Grand Sale 2023 will be organized in the province from December 4 2023, to January 10 2024. The program includes traditional trade and online activities to spread and attract the participation of organizations and individuals doing business in all fields.

Participants are all merchants as prescribed by law. The maximum limit for the value of goods and services used for promotion and the maximum discount for promoted goods and services are 100 percent.
To stimulate consumer demand, the Department of Industry and Trade has instructed merchants to participate in activities during Promotion Month, support and create favorable conditions for traders to carry out administrative procedures and promotional activities. Besides, the Department will provide information on promotional programs throughout the province, coordinate with the Market Management Department and relevant units to receive information from consumers reporting promotional activities that violate the law and monitor, inspect, and handle violations of promotional activities.
Vietnam Grand Sale 2023 is organized to stimulate consumer demand in the province, promote production and business activities, and increase awareness of domestic consumers of Vietnamese goods and services.
