Secretary of Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee works with General Director of Samsung Vietnam Complex 

On September 21, at the Provincial Party Committee headquarters, Ms. Nguyen Thanh Hai, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, and Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, welcomed and worked with the senior leadership delegation of Samsung Complex Vietnam led by Mr. Choi Joo Ho, General Director of the Complex.

At the meeting, the General Director of Samsung Vietnam Complex informed about the production and business situation of units of Samsung Group in Thai Nguyen. Accordingly, despite facing many difficulties, by the end of August 2023, the total revenue of 3 projects of Samsung Group in Thai Nguyen reached over 17.6 billion USD; export value reached over 16.9 billion USD; Import value reached over 8.7 billion USD; submit over 2,800 billion VND to the State budget, equivalent to 122 million USD...

Mr. Choi Joo Ho would like to thank the attention and facilitation of the leaders of Thai Nguyen province and the provincial departments and branches for the production and business activities of the Samsung Thai Nguyen Complex during the past 10 years. He hopes that Thai Nguyen province and the Government of Vietnam will continue to pay attention as well as accompany and support in resolving difficulties and obstacles for the Group.

The Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Thanh Hai congratulated the production and business results of the Samsung Complex in recent times and emphasized that in 2023, although the global market situation faces many difficulties affecting the production of the enterprise, Samsung Group's units in Thai Nguyen still maintain a stable number of employees, ensuring good care for workers' welfare.

The Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee affirmed that Thai Nguyen is committed to always accompanying and creating the most favorable conditions for businesses, including Samsung Group, to develop, expand, and improve production capacity, with the method motto "The success of the enterprise is also the success of the province".
