Thai Nguyen has 324 digital technology enterprises

Currently, Thai Nguyen has 324 digital technology enterprises. The province's e-commerce floor, which is integrated into the C-ThaiNguyen platform, has reached over 5 million views with more than 2,200 products (including 129 OCOP products). Total digital economic revenue in 2022 is estimated at 26 billion USD.

The Department of Information and Communications has continued to develop the C-ThaiNguyen application. As of October 25, 2022, there have been 242,800 downloads and 71,968 account registrations. Thai Nguyen ID application reached 72,248 installs.

The province has built and operated an online video conferencing system from the province to 178 communes, wards and towns. 

Agencies, units and localities actively apply information technology in management and administration. Activities to promote the digital economy and society continue to be of interest, such as deploying online payments and supporting the introduction, exchange and purchase of agricultural products on e-commerce platforms.

The Scheme to develop the application of data on population, electronic identification and authentication for national digital transformation in the period of 2022-2025, towards 2030, has been actively implemented.
