Him Lam Corporation proposes investment projects in Thai Nguyen

On January 13, Ms. Nguyen Thanh Hai, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; Mr. Trinh Viet Hung, the Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Mr. Pham Hoang Son, Chairman of the Provincial People Council welcomed and worked with the representatives of Him Lam Corporation. 

Attending the meeting were members of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, leaders of relevant departments and agencies, and Him Lam Corporation representatives.

At the meeting, the Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee informed about the geographical location, potentials, strengths, investment environment, province's preferential policies, and investment opportunities in the fields.

The representative of the company thanked the provincial leaders' respectful welcome and proposed researching, surveying, and implementing some projects related to the unit’s strengths, such as real estate business, amusement park, golf, and other fields. 

It is known that Him Lam Corporation is currently one of the leading prestigious real estate brands in Vietnam. To date, Him Lam has invested and built over 70 housing projects and new urban areas. Most of which are located near the cities' center, with convenient transportation infrastructure.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee delivered his speẹch at the meeting.

Speaking at the meeting, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee highly appreciated the Company's proposed projects. He required the relevant units to support the necessary conditions for Him Lam Joint Stock Company to research, survey, and soon select suitable projects, thereby contributing to effectively exploiting the potentials and strengths of the province.
