Tan Hoang Minh Group proposes two projects at Thai Nguyen

On November 26, Ms. Nguyen Thanh Hai, Member of the Party Central Committee, the Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, and Mr. Pham Hoang Son, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council worked with Tan Hoang Minh on the proposals of some projects at Pho Yen town.

At the meeting, Mr. Do Anh Dung, Chairman of the Board of Directors and General Director of Tan Hoang Minh Group, introduced some features of the Group and proposed projects. The Group proposed implementing two projects in Pho Yen town through field research, including Yen Binh Concentrated Information Technology Park project; Nam Thai Urban Area project.

Accordingly, Yen Binh Concentrated Information Technology Park project has a scale of about 200 hectares, with a total investment of over VND 10,000 billion. Currently, the project is being planned on a scale of 1/500 and completed the necessary legal procedures to submit to the competent authorities for approval. The Group also strives to start construction in the first quarter of 2022.

For the Nam Thai Urban Area project, the Group proposed surveying and planning on a scale of about 120ha, the research site in Nam Tien commune. The project is divided into three subdivisions, which fully integrate service utilities, meeting the housing and entertainment needs. 

Speaking at the meeting, the Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee highly appreciated the field research and the investment goodwill of Tan Hoang Minh Group in the province. He wished that the Group would quickly implement projects. 

With the opinions and recommendations of the Group, the Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee assigned relevant departments, branches, and localities to coordinate in providing information to investors, ensuring efficient cooperation. She emphasized that the province will create the most favorable conditions for investors.
