On November 16, Chairman of the National Assembly (NA) Vuong Dinh Hue and leaders of central ministries, branches offered incenses to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh at the Memorial House in De Pass, Phu Dinh Commune, Dinh Hoa District.
Mrs. Nguyen Thanh Hai, Secretary of Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee; Mr. Trinh Viet Hung, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Mr. Pham Hoang Son, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council went with the delegation.
In a solemn atmosphere, the delegates offered incenses and flowers, spent a minute of silence to commemorate and express infinite gratitude to President Ho Chi Minh - the great old father of Vietnamese people.
