Thai Nguyen tests over 198 thousand samples for SARS-CoV-2 detection

On the 11th batch of the COVID-19 vaccine, Thai Nguyen has an additional 200,000 doses of the Vero cell vaccine. 

The 8th ASEAN Ministerial Meeting on Minerals (AMMin) and related meetings (the 21st ASEAN Senior Officials Meeting on Minerals (ASOMM) and the 14th ASOMM+3 Meeting) have been held in the form of teleconference from 6 to 8 October 2021 with the participation of representatives from 10 ASEAN countries and three ASEAN dialogue partners of Japan, China, and the RoK. The Meetings’ objective is to adopt the strategy, plan for sustainable minerals management and development, environmental protection during and after mining, climate change adaptation, strengthening cooperation in ASEAN to elevate the status of Vietnam in the mining sector in the region and world; highlight the role, experience of Vietnam in the mining and use of natural resources in an appropriate and efficient manner. One of the typical businesses in the field of mining and tungsten downstream processing in Vietnam - Masan High-Tech Materials Corporation (Masan High-Tech Materials), was mentioned at the meetings as a role model for efficient, responsible and sustainable mining in Vietnam.

On May 10, Thai Nguyen Provincial Cooperative Alliance cooperated with Viettel Thai Nguyen and the Provincial Post Office to organize a conference to exchange, support, promote the consumption of the agriculture products by posting on e-commerce platforms for 40 cooperatives, companies, and member enterprises such as VoSo.vn under Viettel Group; Postmart.Vn under Vietnam Post and lmhtxvnmart.com.vn. 

By the end of September, the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs has appraised and issued 184 permits for the demand and change in demand on using foreign employees in enterprises in the province (of which newly issued 157 cases, reissued 27 cases).

The Provincial People's Committee has just issued a dispatch to adjust and supplement some measures for the COVID-19 prevention and control on new normal. These apply to cases coming from other localities and people entering or exiting the province to perform their duties.

  On September 30, Sunny Opotech Viet Nam Limited Company held the inauguration ceremony to open the Factory for manufacturing and assembling camera module products at Yen Binh Industrial Zone. Mr. Trinh Viet Hung, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, attended and delivered his speech at the ceremony. 

Sunny Opotech Vietnam Limited Company, located in Yen Binh industrial zone (Pho Yen town) with a total area of 20 hectares, will operate from September 30.
