COVID-19 checkpoints at the gateways to and from the province have been temporarily closed as from October 19, 2021, according to an official dispatch issued by the provincial People’s Committee. Besides, all production, business, and service activities in the province turn into new normal. Furthermore, people who enter the province from areas at levels 1, 2, and 3 are not required for isolation and the SASR-CoV-2 virus test.
In addition to the measures mentioned above, other activities are also facilitated when ensuring pandemic prevention and control measures in the new normal such as religious activities, activities of convalescence, sightseeing, tourism, cultural and artistic performances, physical training, and sports.
The events and conferences with many people outside of offices, schools, and hospitals have consulted with local authorities according to management decentralization before being organized.
In addition, the intra-provincial or inter-provincial transportation of passengers and goods shall comply with the guidance of the Ministry of Transport.
