Inaugurating FDI factory worth USD73 million in Thai Nguyen

  On September 30, Sunny Opotech Viet Nam Limited Company held the inauguration ceremony to open the Factory for manufacturing and assembling camera module products at Yen Binh Industrial Zone. Mr. Trinh Viet Hung, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, attended and delivered his speech at the ceremony. 

The factory has a total area of 12 hectares, was kicked off from December 2020. The unit will recruit about 800 employees by the end of this year. 

The Company is a partner of the world's leading corporations in smartphone production with modern technology lines such as Oppo, Huawei, Xiaomi, Google.

Speaking at the ceremony, the Chairman of Thai Nguyen Provincial People's Committee emphasized that the province continues to consider attracting foreign direct investment as an essential solution for development and expects the unit to expand production and business, becoming the second-largest investor in Thai Nguyen (after Samsung Thai Nguyen)...

As planned, the Company will invest an additional USD 260 million (equal to VND 6,000 billion) to implement the second project in Thai Nguyen.
