Thai Nguyen enforces new normal from September 27

The Thai Nguyen Provincial People's Committee, on September 26, issued the dispatch to adjust the COVID-19 prevention and control measures back to the new normal. Accordingly, all production, business, service facilities, and schools in the province are allowed to restart operations except sidewalk food services, spas, sauna and massage services, nightclubs, bars, and karaoke parlours.

Some business services such as tourist areas, scenic spots, spa, beauty care, haircut, shampoo, 3D golf practice room, golf courses only serve visitors who regularly reside in the province.

The Provincial People's Committee requires agencies, units, localities, enterprises, and business establishments to comply with COVID-19 regulations on COVID-19, strictly follow the 5K message of the Ministry of Health; must create a QR code of the medical declaration point to manage information of people entering and leaving. If any unit fails to meet these requirements, it must suspend its operation and take full responsibility according to the law.

Before being organized, events and conferences that gather large numbers of people outside the offices, schools, and hospitals must seek approval from competent authorities. 

Cultural, religious activities, funerals, weddings, sports, sightseeing, and tourism activities must adhere to the Ministry of Health's 5K principle and gather no more than 50 people in a place. 

The Provincial People's Committee requires strict follow to the Ministry of Health's 5K principle and make a medical declaration at the COVID-19 Control Points before entering or exiting the province and taking full responsibility without the truth medical declaration. People who use smartphones must install, use and regularly turn on the medical declaration application.
