In particular, people from Bac Ninh to Thai Nguyen from August 12 must concentrate isolation for 14 days since entering the province and test the SARS-CoV-2 virus at least three times during this period.
People from Bac Ninh to Thai Nguyen before August 12, performing concentrated isolation at factories, businesses, or homes, continue to isolate according to the province's regulations.
In addition, drivers transporting goods and materials must have a certificate of negative results for SARS-CoV-2 by Realtime-PCR within 72 hours and taking measures to prevent and control the pandemic during transportation according to regulations of the Ministry of Health.
