Industrial zones attract 127 FDI projects

Recently, the steel production and consumption of Thai Nguyen Iron and Steel Joint Stock Company have many advantages due to the impact of the market. Along with the increase of the iron and steel prices in the domestic and international markets, their prices in the province have increased dramatically in recent months, pulling prices of many materials to grow along. This situation significantly affected construction contractors, civil construction activities. Experts said that if steel prices continue to increase or remain at the current high level, it will dramatically impact the economy and control inflation.

Thai Nguyen Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs in collaboration with Thai Nguyen city and Vo Nhai district in the first months of this year organized two job sessions to introduce nearly 13,000 job positions, with salaries ranging from VND 5 million to VND 20 million per person per month. The efforts of enterprises to gain the dual goal have opened up many new job opportunities for laborers in the province.

Our country is wonderful, but there is no independence or freedom. The backward, corrupt feudal system and foreign colonialists have pushed the Vietnamese people into poverty and darkness. The uprising movement of patriotic scholars Hoang Hoa Tham, Phan Boi Chau, Phan Chu Chinh, without a revolutionary path, did not gain independence. So, on June 5, 1911, from the Dragon House wharf, patriotic young man Nguyen Tat Thanh left the nation to seek pathways for national salvation.

On the afternoon of June 2nd , Ms. Nguyen Thanh Hai, the Member of the Central Party Committee, the Secretary of Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly delegation of the province chaired a meeting to work with representatives of Advanced International Joint Stock Company (AIC) on the digital transformation program of the province. Attending the conference were Mr. Trinh Viet Hung, the Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; leaders of departments and branches. 

To prevent and control the COVID-19 pandemic in the establishments, industrial zones and clusters, from the end of May, Thai Nguyen Department of Labor, War Invalid and Social Affairs reviewed the establishments, enterprises employing foreign laborers in the province. 

In recent years, the industrial sector in the province has grown strongly with synchronous and modern infrastructure, attracting many large-scale projects. However, the industrial clusters have not been developed commensurately. The shortcomings and weaknesses in its development have been pointed out by relevant levels and sectors to find out the suitable solutions, thereby, further promoting the potentials and strengths of the industrial sector. 

On the afternoon of May 26, Mr. Trinh Viet Hung, the alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Head of the Provincial Steering Committee for COVID-19 Prevention and Control chaired the program to receive the support of Samsung Electronics Vietnam Thai Nguyen Limited Company for COVID-19 prevention and control.
