Chinese Embassy in Vietnam sponsors VND300 million to support pediatric patients in Thai Nguyen

The announcement ceremony of the 2020 Provincial Governance and Public Administration Performance Index (PAPI) took place in the morning of April 14th in Hanoi. Accordingly, Thai Nguyen province ranked the 3rd out of 63 provinces and cities in the country with a total score of 46.471 points, under the 16 provinces with the highest scores (Quang Ninh and Dong Thap ranked the first and the second with 48.811 and 46.961 points). 6/8 dimensions of the province is in the group with the highest scores.   

On April 10th, Ms Nguyen Thanh Hai, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly delegation presided over the 9th meeting of the Provincial Party Standing Committee for 2020-2025 tenure to discuss and approve many important contents. Attending the meeting were Mr Trinh Viet Hung, Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Mr Pham Hoang Son, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Members of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, leaders of the Provincial People's Committee, representatives of relevant departments, branches and localities.

The above content is the topic of the program “Entrepreneur Coffee and Tea” organized by Thai Nguyen provincial people's Committee on the morning of April 10th. Attending the program were Ms Nguyen Thanh Hai, Member of the Central Party Committee, Secretary of Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly delegation of the province; Mr Trinh Viet Hung, the Alternate Member of the Central Party Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Mr Pham Hoang Son, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; members of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee; leaders of the Provincial People's Council, the Provincial People's Committee, the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee; representatives of Departments and Branches, Enterprise Associations of the province.

That information was given by the representative of Central Retail Group (Thailand) at the meeting with Mr Trinh Viet Hung, Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee in the afternoon of 12th April. 

On 9th April, Mr. Duong Van Luong, Vice Chairman of Thai Nguyen Provincial People’s Committee, Head of the Organizing Committee of the 12th “Crossing Heritage Lands of the Viet Bac Region” program presided over the meeting to discuss and approve the contents of this program. Representatives of the Departments of Culture, Sports and Tourism of 6 provinces in Viet Bac region and related departments and branches attended the meeting.

On the afternoon of 4th April, Mr Duong Van Luong, Vice Chairman of Thai Nguyen Provincial People’s Committee presided over the Online Conference on strengthening the cooperation between Thai Nguyen and Southern Ostrobothnia region(Finland) at Thai Nguyen’s bridge point. The leaders of  related departments, branches, Thai Nguyen University, Thai Nguyen University of Technology attended the conference. 

The main content mentioned in a workshop was organized by the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) in collaboration with Australian Aid on the morning of April 7th in Hanoi. Mr. Vu Tien Loc, Chairman of VCCI; Mr. David Gottdicp, Economic Counselor of the Australian Embassy in Vietnam presided over the workshop. Mr. Phan Huu Minh, Vice President and General Secretary of Thai Nguyen Business Association attended the workshop. The workshop attracted a large number of enterprises, entrepreneurs, economic research and management agencies; economic experts, associations, press agencies.
