The Department of Foreign Affairs publishes the list of online public services at level 4

In order to reform administrative procedures for State management, the Department of Foreign Affairs has completed and synchronized the online public service administrative procedures at level 4.

Accordingly, organizations and individuals will carry out online procedures through the Public Service Portal of Thai Nguyen province (http://dichvucong.thainguyen.gov.vn), then fill in the name of the Department of Foreign Affairs, choose level 4 and select the fields that you need. The fields include: procedures to use the APEC Entrepreneur Travel Card (ABTC); procedures to receive the permission to organize international conferences and seminars within the permission of the Prime Minister; procedures to organize international conferences and seminars that are under the jurisdiction of the Prime Minister; procedures to host international conferences and seminars that are under the jurisdiction of the Prime Minister; procedures to host international conferences and seminars that are not under the jurisdiction of the Prime Minister.
